We accept applications from individuals that are relevant to and best showcase our products and do not expouse objectionable or offensive materials. We welcome all applications but reserve the right to refuse membership or revoke a membership at any time at our sole discretion. Partners that make a good fit include bloggers, doggie daycares, dog walkers, trainers, veterinarians, retailers and more. We do not accept discounts, incentives or coupons websites.
Are there any fees?
There are no fees associated with the Apollon Nutrition Europe Ambassador program. It is completely free to participate.
From which resident countries can I participate?
We accept affiliates from anywhere in Europe, Please keep in mind that all commission payments are currently made in Euro based on orders shipped within Europe.
What is your commission rate?
We pay a 10% starting commission rate. Higher volume affiliates are eligible for higher commission levels at the sole discretion of Apollon Nutrition Europe, represented by the MarNik GmbH.
Do I receive any discounts on Apollon Nutrition products since I’m an affiliate?

Can I use images from Apollon Nutrition on my websites and social platforms?
All of the content on the Apollon Nutrition Europe website and social media platforms is protected by copyright. You may use images and content from our website and social media in the promotion of our products on your own social media, however all images must be attributed and/or used in conjunction the sale of the product through the affiliate program. The images cannot be used in the general design of your website. If you have a special circumstance that requires the use of any photos, product images or content in a manner that is not consistent with the policy stated above, please contact us for written approval prior to the content’s use.
How do I know if my application has been received or if I have been accepted into the affiliate program?
If your application has been submitted correctly, we will contact you via mail or phone. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, you might not have finished the process correctly and you should resubmit your application. Once approved, you will receive a welcome email from the affiliate manager.
How does the affiliate program know when I should receive credit for an order?
Our system tracks a cookie that is automatically applied to the computer of a person who clicks on a banner or text link that has your affiliate ID number embedded within it. Each link or code that you market is specifically tagged with your Affiliately ID number, letting us know that you deserve commission on the sales you send our way. You can access your code and link by logging in your Affiliately Account and choosing from your code or simple text link available. This code or link can be used on any social platform, put directly into a browser or emailed out in the case of text links. You can test a link by copying and pasting it into your browser. If you are directed to the Apollon Nutrition Europe homepage, the link is working.
When and how do I get paid?
Apollon Nutrition Europe will pay your monthly commission by PayPal or bank transfer 30 days after a registered affiliate code purchase. Your account needs to have a balance of EUR 50 on more before the end of the month in order to receive a payment. Otherwise, it will continue to roll forward into the next month until the EUR 50 minimum is reached and we can issue a payment.
What sales and revenue reports are provided?
Each transaction is logged in our system and is available for review in detail. We will provide tracking of your sales and commissions. You can login anytime - desktop or mobile - and will find your personal overview on the "my account" page.
What is your return days or cookie policy?
The most important component of the affiliate program is the shop-internal campaign tracking. The program also sets a cookie to make it possible to assign the order to an affiliate partner after a longer period of time. This is a completely impersonal cookie that does not even allow indirect conclusions to be drawn about the customer. It cannot be read by scripts either and only works via secure connections. Any order tracking by the program is "cookieless", the cookie is only used to assign the order if the customer returns after the session has ended without using an affiliate link or discount code again. The affiliate abbreviation from the cookie is then written into the customer session. The cookie is only used as an aid, tracking always takes place via the customer session. If the customer orders via a customer account or with an email address that is permanently assigned to the affiliate partner, we could also do without the cookie.
Do I earn commission credits if someone clicks on a product on my site and then buys a different product?
Yes. You will receive full credit for any product that is purchased by a customer who clicks on your affiliate link across apollonnutritioneurope.com
How do product returns affect my commission?
If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited the commission. But don’t worry – we’ve offering great products and we expect extremely low return rates.
