Mix 1-2 measuring spoons of Appollon Nutrition 50/50 Formula-X in 1.8 - 3.5dl of cold water and drink within 30 minutes after training. Due to the high casein content, Apollon Nutrition Formula-X is also ideal as a shake before going to bed to provide your body with a constant supply of protein during the recovery phase for your regeneration. Apollon Nutrition 50/50 Formula-X can be consumed between meals whenever you feel like it to provide an additional daily amount of protein as needed, or can be added to your meals, e.g. B. oatmeal, low-fat quark, etc.
