SOME LIKE IT HOT Application/Recommendation:
Apply twice daily to desired areas and massage in until completely absorbed. Avoid the neck and face. For best results, apply 15 minutes before exercise, after showering, and/or before bedtime. You will feel a slight warmth immediately after application. Allow the cream to dry before contact with clothing or bedding. Wash hands immediately with soap after each use.
