Mix 1-2 measuring spoons of Appollon Nutrition 50/50 Formula-X in 1.8 - 3.5dl of cold water and drink within 30 minutes after training. Due to the high casein content, Apollon Nutrition Formula-X is also ideal as a shake before going to bed to provide your body with a constant supply of protein during the recovery phase for your regeneration.
